Another North-east Alliance fixture (Fraserburgh) is cancelled

Tomorrow's North-east Golfers' Alliance fixture at Fraserburgh Golf Club has been cancelled because of the weather.
It is the fifth cancellation this winter - Kemnay, Buckpool, Royal Tarlair, Cruden Bay and now Fraserburgh all being called off.
Hopefully, things will be back on track for the first round of the 36-hole NE Alliance championship at Duff House Royal Golf Club, Banff on Wednesday, March 7. Second round is at Portlethen GC on Wednesday, March 14.

The Edinburgh and East of Scotland Alliance fixture at Eyemouth is also a victim of the winter weather.

So too was the West of Scotland Winter Alliance competition, scheduled for Wednesday, at Western Gailes, due to frozen greens. It has been re-scheduled  for Friday, March 16.
