Heisele makes early running at Mauritius Open

A brilliant burst of scoring on the back nine handed Sebastian Heisele a share of the lead on the opening morning of the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open.
The German reached the turn in 35 after carding one birdie and one bogey on the front nine at Heritage Golf Club.
But four birdies in five holes from the 11th propelled Heisele to the top of the leaderboard, where he sat alongside South Africa's Louis de Jager and Frenchmen Romain Langasque and Joël Stalter on four under par.
The quartet were a single stroke clear of a strong chasing pack which included 2010 Open Championship winner Louis Oosthuizen and fellow South African George Coetzee, who won this event when it was last held here in 2015.
Starting at the tenth tee, Langasque mixed three birdies with a bogey on his front nine before picking up further shots at the first and long seventh to get to four under.
De Jager recovered from an opening bogey with a bounce-back birdie at the second before adding further gains at the fifth, sixth, tenth and 14th to join the co-leaders.
Stalter, meanwhile, jumped to the summit courtesy of an eagle at the long 14th after carding three birdies and a single bogey in his first 13 holes.
