Halcrow wins Super Seniors title at Ladybank

Colin Halcrow (Windyhill) followed up his recent success at Largs by winning the SSGS Super Senior Autumn meeting at Ladybank today. 

Colin trailed  the overnight leaders by three shots with an opening 78, but a solid round of 73 today (Friday) gave him a total of 151.  He won by two shots from  Bill Erskine (Kilsyth Lennox) ( 80 73) and David Smith (Stirling) ( 76 77).
Six handicapper Smith had the consolation of winning the handicap
section with net scores of 70 and 71 for a total of 141. Denis Albutt
(Royal Dornoch) (11) and Drew Wilson ( St Andrews New) (6) shared  second spot with a total of  145.
