Hannah Darling wins Scottish U14s girls' title

Scottish U18 girls champion Hannah Darling (Broomieknowe) outclassed the field to win the Loretto School Scottish Under-14 girls' open championship at Crail Golfing Society's Craighead course, Fife.

Hannah, pictured right with the Scottish U18 girls championship, of which she was the youngster ever winner earlier this summer, shot a pair of 73s for a total of two-under-par 146 over the par 74 lay-out.

She had 10 birdies over the 36 holes - four in the first round and six in the second.

But for a double bogey 6 at the 16th in her second round she would have won even more convincingly than her five-stroke margin.
