BYRNE'S TOP TEN FINISH IN TAIPEI

Banchory's James Byrne finished joint seventh with a seven-under-par total of 281 in the Ambassador Asian Development Tour tournament at Hsin Feng Golf and Country Club, Hsinchu on Chinese Taipei today (Sunday).

The Singapore-based Byrne shot rounds of 70, 72, 67 and 72 to finish 13 behind the winner by eight, Lin Wen-ko (Taiwan) who had scores of 65, 67, 65 and 71.
