North-east Alliance Handicap Order of Merit

Teaching professional Willie McKenzie is to sponsor the North-east Alliance handicap order of merit, writes Colin Farquharson.

Willie, pictured left, who works for his own company, WLMgolf, has played on the NE Alliance circuit but not for a while.  
He's been too busy giving golf lessons at Berryhill Driving Range  (Peterhead), Dunes Golf Centre (Fraserburgh) and Myrus Golf Centre (Macduff).

He is available for one-on-one or groups tuition seven days a week by appointment.

MERIT POINTS FOR PRIZEWINNERS's NE Alliance Order of Merit for the leading net returns at the weekly meetings sees points awarded to each week's Class 1 and Class 2 prizewinners (100-90-80-70-60).
The Class 1 player with the most points at the conclusion of the NE Alliance championship  at Craibstone GC in March will win a £50 voucher. Same goes for Class 2.
