North-east Alliance Scratch Order of Merit

Craibstone Golf Club's clubhouse restaurant - the Brimmond Bistro - is to sponsor the Scottishgolfview.com North-east Golfers' Alliance scratch order of merit.
The player with the most points at the conclusion of the Alliance championship second round - to be hosted by Craibstone GC - will win £130 in cash (voucher if an amateur) with the runner-up earning £75 and the third £50.

The Craibstone Course + the Brimmond Bistro will re-open tomorrow (Monday, January 6) morning after the festive break
The Bistro will start its service to members and non-members from
9.30am (last orders 3.15pm, closing
at 4pm).
Worth emphasing that ANYONE can use the Brimmond Bistro. If you are looking for a nice cosy place for your
morning coffee or afternoon tea, then
Brimmond Bistro is the place for you.
The Brimmond Bistro menu changes regularly, but please take a look at the sample menu to get an idea of what is typically served. This normally includes sandwiches, light snacks, the signature “Brimmond Burger” and a variety of desserts.
In addition to this the bistro also has
the facility to cater for birthday parties, anniversaries, funeral teas,
BBQs or any other large scale events. If you would like more

DRINKS AND SNACKSIn addition to the Bistro a small selection of snacks are sold in Golf Operations Manager Billy Sim's Golf Office, perfect for eating out on the course. This includes a selection of chocolate bars, soft drinks, water and take-away coffee to warm players on a cold day.

How it works:
The top 10 scratch finishers at an Alliance competition are awarded points from 100 down to 10pt (i.e. 90pt for second, 80 for third and so on).
