Hazlehead's Scott Robertson and Greg Kennedy, pictured right, won the North-east District's foursomes tournament for the Simmers Trophy at Cruden Bay on Sunday.
They had a score of 69 (35-34) to win by two shots from three teams - Kemnay 2 (Marc Coull and Dave Andrew), Banchory 1 (Lindsay Smart and Jack Harling) and Cruden Bay 2 (Stephen Roger and Michael Buchan).
Royal Aberdeen's Mark Halliday and Donald Macandrew would have finished second with a 70 but were disqualified for playing a hole out of turn and not going to replay it in the correct order).
