McLEAN AND KILOH DOWN FIELD IN EPD TOUR EVENT

NORTH-EAST MEN FACE FIGHT TO

 BEAT CUT IN GERMANY

Paul Lawrie Golf Centre pair Philip McLean from Peterhead and Portlethen's Sam Kiloh will have their work cut out to survive the second-round cut in the German PGA Development Tour event, the Gut Bissenmoor Classic at Bad Bramstedt.
Over a par-71 course, McLean shot a 76 (38-38) for a share of 81st place while Kiloh returned an 80 (43-37) for joint 96th position in a field of 110 players.
Both North-east men ran up triple bogey 7s at the same hole - the sixth. McLean had birdies at the eighth and 16th, Kiloh at the 16th.
Germany's Marcel Sneider and Reinier Saxton (Netherlands), who beat Tommy Fleetwood in the British amateur championship final at Turnberry in 2006, share the lead on seven-under 64.
