KNOX FINISHES WITH HAT-TRICK OF
BIRDIES AT BARCLAYS FOR A 69
Russell Knox added a 69 - despite a double bogey 7 at the long third - to his opening 67 to be on six-under-par 136 (it's a par-71 course) in the US PGA Tour's Barclays championship.
If Knox had a bad start, he did recover with an eagle 2 at the par-4 fifth and birdies at the 16th, 17th and 18th for 33 home.
He did have a bogey at the ninth in an outward one-over-par 36.
