HOME TEAM'S STROKE-PLAY MATCH-PLAY VICTORY

NORTH-EAST YOUTHS OVERPOWER

ANGUS AT PORTLETHEN

North-east scored a comfortable 48-stroke victory over Angus in an inter-district youths match at Portlethen GC today.
North-east opened up an 11-stroke lead in the morning foursomes and added to it with a 37-shot lead in the singles.
Final totals: North-east 662, Angus 710.
Callum Bruce (Duff House Royal) had the best individual round of 68.
