HUTCHEON SCORES EIGHTH WIN OF TARTAN TOUR SEASON
Greig Hutcheon scored his eighth victory of the Tartan Tour season in today's (Sunday) Easter Moffat Golf Club, Airdrie pro-am.
It was the Banchory tour pro's fifth success in a victory roll which began with the capture of the Gleneagles Scottish PGA title on July 31.
His first prize earnings of £1,215 at Easter Moffat boosted his domestic earnings to £27,120 this season.
Hutcheon shot a four-under-par 67 with birdies at the second, seventh, 10th, long 11th and long 17th. His only bogey came at the sixth.
He won by three shots from a trio of players on 70 - James McKinnon (Irvine), Stephen Gray (Hayston) and Gordon Law (Uphall). They each earned £749.
