ADAM DUNTON AMONG IN-FORM FAVOURITES FOR TENNANT CUP


Scottish champion of champions tournament winner at Leven, Scott Borrowman (Dollar) and Craig Howie (Peebles) and Kyle McClung (Wigtownshire), play-off participants for the Craigmillar Park Open title, head the strong entry for this weekend's 72-hole Tennant Cup amateur tournament.
The first 36 holes are on Saturday  at Glasgow Gailes. The second two rounds are on Sunday at Glasgow Golf Club's other course, Killermont.
Adam Dunton (McDonald Ellon) who reached the last 32 of the British Amateur championship in Kent earlier this week should be in the mix.0
Graeme Robertson (Glenbervie), winner of the Battle Trophy SGU Order of Merit event at Crail, has not entered.
Other notables in the field include: Fraser McKenna (Balmore), Jack McDonald (Kilmarnock Barassie), Michael Daily (Erskine), Gordon Stevenson (Whitecraigs), Matthew Clark (Kilmacolm), Liam Johnston (Dumfries and Co), Scott Crichton (Aberdour) and Scott Gibson (Southerness).
