Fraserburgh's Kris Nicol, playing out of the Paul Lawrie Golf Centre, is joint 13th on one-under-par 141 with a round to go in the Alps Tour's Open International de La Mirablle at Golf de la Grange aux Ormes.

Nicol has had rounds of 71 and 70 to lie six shots behind the leader, Richard Kilpatrick from Northern Ireland (66-69 for 135).

Ellon's Ross Cameron (Saltire Energy) missed the cut by 11 shots with a pair of 78s for 156.
