JOHN GALLAGHER LYING SIXTH IN SPANISH GECKO TOUR EVENT

Former Scottish amateur champion John Gallagher from Edinburgh is lying joint sixth at the halfway stage of the 36-hole Spanish Gecko Tour event at Finca Cortesin Golf Club, Murcia.  Gallagher, pictured, shot a three-over-par 75 to be six shots behind the two-stroke leader Marek Novy from the Czech Republic.
