Arguably the most important member of staff at a golf club is not the captain, secretary or even professional - they are unlikely to be able to pull members and guests into the clubhouse on a regular basis.
But a good caterer can be worth his/her weight in golf to a golf club.
That's why Forres Golf Club have great expectations of Robert Sheach who has recently taken over at the club.
Robert was the long time head caterer at the Golf View Hotel in Nairn.
