Hacienda del Alamo to stage a Senior Masters

event for over-47s (pro and Category 1 amateurs)

The five-star Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort, Murcia in Spain has added another attractive event to its programme of open golf tournaments.
The Hacienda del Alamo Senior Masters will be held from November 2 to 4. It will be a 54-hole tournament with no cut. It will be open to pro golfers over the age of 47 years and Category 1 amateurs with the same minimum age.
It will be presented by Hacienda Golf Properties - for whom John Green (himself a senior pro golfer) is the main man - in association with Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort.
Eighteen holes will be played every day and a free practice round will be given on November 1.

Hacienda Del Alamo is to host one of the forthcoming European Tour Qualifying School Stage 2 events over 72 holes.
It will also be staging shortly the 2nd Scottish Senior Golfing Society's Spanish championships.
And the 3rd Hacienda del Alamo Winter Festival for women, senior women and girls will go on next February.
North-east man Billy Sim is the Director of Golf at Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort. He's held the post since Day 1.
