McLELLAN NEW CAP IN SENIOR SCOTS' TEAM
Turnberry's Ron McLellan is the only new cap in the Scotland team for the senior men's home amateur internationals at Tenby,South Wales from September 30 to October 2.
He is added to the six Scots who were runners-up to Ireland in the recent European senior team championship at Shannon.
Scotland team:
Ian Hutcheon (Monifieth), capt., John Fraser (Royal Burgess), Gordon MacDonald (Callander), Ron McLellan (Turnberry), Derek Murphy (Kinross), Sandy Pirie (Hazlehead), Robert Stewart (Tulliallan).
