EUROPEAN TOUR QUALIFYING


SCOTT HENDERSON (65) MAKES GOOD START
Former Rookie of the Year Scott Henderson (Kings Links), still trying to get back on the European Tour, made a very good start to the qualifying competition which started at St Annes Old Links, Lancashire today.
Scott , pictured left, shot a seven-under-par 65 to be joint third - two shots behind leader Daniel Denison - in a field of 118 chasing one of the 33 (+ ties) places available in the next stage at four Spanish venues from November 1 to 4.
The European Tour Final Qualifying School will be held at San Roque on the Costa del Sol from November 9 to 14.
