Nairn 1 made the most of home links advantage to beat Moray 1 by two holes in today's final of the Northern Counties Cup double foursomes match-play tournament.
The first Nairn pairing of Andrew Burgess and Logan Gillies were 5 up on Malcolm MacLeman and Graham Murray at the turn.
After losing the 11th,  Nairn won the 12th to maintain their five-hole superiority.
The Moray first pair made a spirited fightback over the final six holes, finally losing by two.
Moray 1's second pair were two up through 11 but a double bogey on 12 halved their advantage, and they finally finished all square.
