Paul Lawrie beat Solheim Cup team captain Catriona Matthew from North Berwick by 3 and 2 in a challenge match over the par-3 nine-hole course at the Paul Lawrie Golf Centre, Banchory Devenick on the South Deeside Road, Aberdeen.
Lawrie was three under par and Catriona level for the holes played.
The match was watched by a gallery of 250 who included former Ryder Cup player Harry Bannerman.
