OPINION PIECE FROM IVAN MORRIS

I have expressed my concern about the availability of live golf (and sports in general) on TV many times. More and more it seems, young adults are addicted to (gaming) sites on such as YouTube, which is a completely different (sporting) scenario.
 It is always better to be an active player than an observer.
Watch out folks, it could be the early beginnings of the end of professional sports as we know them (at least the ones that depend on TV revenue for their existence)
The Tiger-Mickelson $9-million Match (which has been, horror of horrors, extended for three more years) is not a good omen for 'proper' tournament golf in the medium range future😡
