Home course wins by Cruden Bay's Koby 

Buchan and Megan Davidson Gall

Koby Buchan (Cruden Bay), playing over his home course won the Hector Dey Junior Open tournament with 35 Stableford points off a handicap of 13, three points ahead of runner-up Ethan Main (Murcar Links) (7) with Max To (Kemnay), handicap 12, third on 30pt, having a better inward half than Alexander Wisely (Inverallochy), handicap 18, who also scored 30pt.
The tournament was changed from its traditional stroke-play format to Stableford because of the unfavourable weather conditions. .
The competitions were changed from stroke-play to Stableford to meet conditions.
 
The Under-14 years Trophy was also won by a home course player, Megan Davidson Gall who edged out Findlay Simpson (McDonald Ellon) on a better inward half after they both finished with 37pt. Megan has a handicap of 27, Findlay 38. Sam Leslie (Portlethen) (23) was third with 33pt.
