The annual Inchdairnie outing of The Burntisland Golf Club took place at The Castle Course, St Andrews with a field of 34 club members.

The Inchdairnie trophy was donated to the club in 1870 by Roger Sinclair-Aytoun MP, who was the last laird of Inchdairnie and, give or take a few years, it has always been played for at an 'away' venue.

The winner for 2017 is Alan Anderson who has now won an unprecedented 4 in a row. Anderson has one of a handicap and his Stableford points totals was 32.

In the handicap event, The Wallace Medal, the winner for 2017 is Dugald Carstairs who was making his debut at the event. Playing off six of a handicap, he had 33 Stableford points.
