Aguilar stays two shots ahead of field in Austria

EUROPEAN TOUR COMMUNICATIONS
Felipe Aguilar set a testing clubhouse target for the chasing pack after following up Thursday's 65 with a 70 on day two of the Lyoness Open in Austria.
The Chilean carded four birdies and two bogeys at Diamond Country Club on Friday to get to nine under par and maintain his lead of two shots over his nearest challenger in England’s Graeme Storm.
Overnight leader Aguilar, starting his second round at the tenth tee, slipped back to six under after dropping a shot at the 12th but he soon bounced back, picking up shots at the two par fives on the back nine - the 15th and 16th - to move to eight under.
The 42 year old then rolled in a birdie putt from 20 feet at the fourth before coming agonisingly close to making further gains at the sixth and seventh.
Storm, who started in the afternoon groupings and endured blustery conditions throughout the day, sits outright second on seven under after mixing five birdies with two bogeys in his second-round 69, while his countryman Oliver Fisher is joined by Swede Johan Carlsson on six under after his second-round 69.
David Horsey was among the group another shot back on five under after producing an eight-under-par 64 on Friday to equal the course record. Home favourite Bernd Wiesberger – a champion here in 2012 – joins Horsey in the chasing pack along with his compatriot Sepp Straka and South African Zander Lombard.
