Vijay takes US Senior PGA lead from Langer

By COLIN FARQUHARSON
Vijay Singh has deposed Bernhard Langer from the leadership of the US PGA Senior Championship at Trump National, Washington DC.
The Fijian has scored 66, 68 and 67 for 201 - a shot ahead of Langer (65-67-70) with one round to go.
The only major championship the Florida-based German hasn't won in American senior pro golf is this US Senior PGA Championship.
He might not find it easy to catch Vijay with the bit between his teeth.

Colin Montgomerie is back in T26 place after rounds of 70, 75 and 69 for 214 and there is no way the Scot can come from 13 shots off the lead to add to his collection of US titles since he reached the age of 50.
Sandy Lyle is 74th on 225 after rounds of 70, 78 and 77.
Andrew Oldcorn did not beat the cut (148 and better qualified for the final two rounds). He had scores of 77 and 75 for 152.
