NORTH-EAST TRIO FINISH IN TOP

SIX IN MOROCCO

North-east trio Ross Cameron and Philip McLean from Peterhead and Banchory's Chris Robb (Meldrum House) finished in the top six of the Pro Golf Tour's Tazegzout Open at Agadir, Morocco today (Friday).
Cameron (68-73-69) and McLean (71-69-70) tied for third place on six-under 210 and earned £1,384 each.
Cameron, pictured right, had a double bogey 6 at the fourth in his final round but covered his remaining holes in five under par with birdies at the fifth, eighth, ninth, 10th, 16th and 18th. He did bogey the 12th in the middle of that great run.
McLean, pictured below, had birdies at the second, sixth, 10th and 15th, offset by bogeys at the fourth and 13th.
Robb had scores of 71, 72 and 68 for 211 and sixth place which earned him £1,036.
Robb's 68 was the joint lowest third round. He had birdies at the first, ninth, 16th, 17th and 18th in halves of 35-33.
Germany's Nicolai Von Dellingshausen scored his first win as a pro with rounds of 64, 73 and 69 for 10-under 206. He finished two shots ahead of Dylan Boshart (Netherlands) and earned 5,000 euros.
