Wetton and White down 

the field in New Mexico 

Western New Mexico students Harry Wetton, a fourth-year man from Bedford, and Scot Ross White from Dollar, a third-year student, finished T52 and T66 this week in a field of 87 at the Herb Wimberly Intercollegiate at Las Cruces, New Mexico over a par-71 course of 7,242yd.
Wetton, pictured top right, shot rounds of 73, 76 and 76 for 225 while White, pictured below left, had scores of 78, 75 and 75 for 228.

Grand Canyon provided the individual winner, Matt McClung (65-69-68 for 11-under 202) and also the winning team total of 837 - 14 ahead of runners-up Texas El-Paso.
Western New Mexico (903) finished 12th of 14 teams.
