England take boys' title from Scotland 

with 9-6 victory at Ballyliffen

Scotland lost the boys' home internationals' title to England in a closely-fought final day decider at Ballyliffen Golf Club in Co Donegal, Ireland.
England beat the Scots 9-6 by building up a 4-1 lead in the morning foursomes.
There was nothing between the teams in the 10 singles which were evenly shared 5-5.
Michael Lawrie (Deeside) was a winner for Scotland in the singles but Rory Franssen (Inverness) and Sam Locke (Banchory), who had both played well in the previous days' singles sessions both lost narrowly.
Marc Watt (Inverallochy) also lost his singles tie
Foursomes: 4-1
M Lamb and O Clarke bt J Stewart and E McIntosh 6 and 5.
C Strickland and J Gough lost to B Ferguson and R Franssen 3 and 2.
T Briggs and D O'Loughlin bt D Howie and M Watt 4 and 2
A Fitzpatrick and C Farr bt S Locke and M Lawrie 5 and 3.
M Gilbert and H Goddard bt G Greer and L Irvine 2 holes. 
Singles: 5-5
Strickland bt Stewart 5 and 4.
Lamb halved with Ferguson
Gouch lost to McIntosh 3 and 2.
Clarke bt Franssen 1 hole.
Goddard lost to Howie 1 hole.
Briggs bt Watt 3 and 1.
Farr bt Locke 3 and 2.
Fitzpatrick lost to Lawrie 1 hole
A Flanagan halved with Greer
O'Loughlin lost to McCulloch 5 and 3.
Ireland 11, Wales 4 (foursomes: 2-3, singles: 9-1)
