 Graham Fox in the mix for £10,000 top prize 

at PGA pro championship

Graham Fox is in contention for the £10,000 top prize after two rounds of the PGA professional championship over a long course (7,403yd) at The Oxfordshire Golf Club.
The Clydeway Golf player has shot rounds of 69 and 68 for a seven-under-par tally of 137 and is lying second, only two shots behind Irishman David Higgins who has scored 69-66 for nine-under 135.
Fox had birdies at the first, fourth, sixth, 13th and 16th in halves of 33 and 35. He had one bogey, at the 12th.
Greig Hutcheon (PLGC Inchmarlo) and Graeme Brown (Montrose Links) are joint seventh on 140.
They both had double bogey 5s at the short fifth. Hutcheon has had a pair of 70s so far, Brown a 69 followed by a 71.
Only one other Scot, Ian Campbell (Cheshunt Park) survived the cut with a 72 for 141 (five inside the limit mark).
