Duncan Stewart top Scot but 14 shots behind 

winner in Turkey Challenge

Duncan Stewart saved his best to last - a four-under-par 68 after earlier rounds of 70, 72 and 72 - but six-under aggregate of 282 earned him only a share of 41st place in the Turkish Airlines Challenge at Gloria Golf Club, Belek on the Antalya region of southern Turkey.
The Grantown on Spey man, who plays out of Turnhouse Golf Club, Edinburgh, where he is now based between tournaments, earned 928 euros for finishing 14 shots behind the French winner, Clement Sordet who sored 66, 68, 65 and 69 for 20-under 268 to lift the 28,000 euros first prize by a shot from compatriot Matthieu Pavon.
Bearsden amateur Ewen Ferguson tied for 51st place on 283. He took had his best round on the final day, a 67.
Motherwell's Ross Kellett (Paul Lawrie Golf Centre) slid to to a share of 57th place with a closing 73 for 285 and a 604 euros payslip.
Blairgowrie's Bradley Neil cannot get any consistency into his scores since he turned pro. After promising rounds of 72 and 70, he  sank to 70th place on 285 with weekend rounds of 77 and 76 - nine shots over par for his final 36 holes. He earned 420 euros.
