£7,500 entry fee for team of four at Gleneagles 

International pro-am July 5 to 8

NEWS RELEASE
The inaugural Gleneagles International Pro-Am will take place from July 5 to 8, 2016, across The King’s, Queen’s and PGA Centenary Courses. The event will be open to teams of four, comprising three amateurs and one PGA Professional, and will have a total prize fund of £18,000.



Entry to the tournament costs £7,500 for a team of four, and includes four nights’ accommodation per player; drinks reception and welcome dinner; packed lunch on tournament days; four rounds of golf; celebration dinner and prize presentation.*

  • 4 nights in a Sovereign Room, with breakfast each morning

  • 4 rounds of Golf – a choice of course for your practice round with the tournament played on The King’s, Queen’s & PGA Centenary Courses 
  • Packed lunches on each of the 3 competition days 
  • Prize presentation 
  • Celebration Dinner for all competitors upon completion of tournament
  • PGA Tournament Controllers
  • Free basket of range balls each day of tournament 
  • Professional prize fund: £16,000 minimum (based on 24 teams) 
  • Amateur prize fund: £2,000 minimum (based on 24 teams)

Price
Tournament entry fees: £7,500 per team of 3 amateurs and 1 PGA Professional, payable at the time of booking to secure the team spot. The entry fee is not refundable

Guest rate
If you would like to bring a spouse or partner we can offer a rate of £220 for a four-night stay when sharing a team member’s room. Rate includes breakfast on all four days, and a place at both the Welcome and Celebration Dinners

Caveat
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the Gleneagles International Pro-Am if the required number of teams have not registered by April 30, 2016. Tournament entry fees will be refunded in full on such cancellation by the organisers.


ITINERARY
Tuesday 5th
Arrival at Gleneagles for Registration and practice round on chosen course. Drinks reception and Welcome Dinner

Wednesday 6th
1st Round – Queen’s Course

Thursday 7th
2nd Round – PGA Centenary Course

Friday 8th
Final Round – The King’s Course. Prize Presentation and drinks Celebration Dinner

Saturday 9th
Departure
