
The only English competitor in the
international field is Daniel List, a +3 handicapper who rates his fourth place finish in the English men's amateur stroke-play championship
as his season high.
Although playing under the England banner, Daniel
actually hails from Perth, Western Australia. He is a pupil at Wellington College, a co-educational boarding and day independent school in the village of Crowthorne, Berkshire. It has about 1,050 pupils between the ages of 13 and 18.
It was built as a national monument to the first Duke of Wellington (1769–1852), after whom the College is named.
The last English boy winner of the Junior Orange Bowl was professional's son Ben Parker in 2005. Ben is a brother of Ladies European Tour player Florentyna Parker.
