HENRY LYING JOINT THIRD ON ALPS TOUR

John Henry (Clydebank and District) is lying joint third after two rounds of this weekend's Alps Tour golf tournament, the Open International de Marcilly at Orleans in France.

The Scot has had rounds of 67 and 68 for seven-under-par 135 and trails the leader, Dutchman Darius Van Driel (66-65) by four shots.
