ST ANDREWS BOYS' OPEN SHOWS ITS

INTERNATIONAL FLAVOUR

One player from Japan and two from France made up the three leading qualifiers as the St Andrews' annual boys' open showed its internatonal appeal to teenagers
at large in the golfing world.
Yuko Shino and Gabriel Navau topped the qualifiers for the match-play stages with 66s, one ahead of David Rafetto.
Graeme Greer (Carluke), in fourth place with a 68, was the leading British qualifier
