Five-birdie White leads Scots in Austria

James White had a five-birdie round of two-under-par 70 to lead the Scots in the first round of this week's Alps Tour event - the Gosser Open at Golf Club Erzherzog in Austria.
The Fifer from Lundin birdied the fifth, eighth, ninth, 15th and 17th but bogeyed the sixth, 11th and 12th.
White is tied 21st, four shots behind the joint leaders, Damien Perrier from France and Spain's Javier Gallegos.
John Henry, sharing 62nd positiin, had a 73 and Scott Stewart-Cation a 74for joint 75th in a field of 137 players.
