EDINBURGH AND EAST OF SCOTLAND ALLIANCE REPORT, SCORES

ELLIOT SALTMAN WINS AGAIN AT 
GLENBERVIE WITH TWO-UNDER 69

A total of 89 players made it to Glenbervie for yesterday's Edinburgh and East of Scotland Alliance fixtures
It was two out of two for Elliot Saltman (Archerfield Links) who followed up on his Cardrona win two weeks ago by doing the double again in securing top scratch prize with a two-under-par 69 which also secured the the Ramsay Trophy for the lowest net score overall
Second scratch was shared on 72 by Norman Huguet (Musselburgh) and Ross Neill (Drumpellier).

Top handicap prize was shared on net 70 by Willie Laing (Prestonfield) (76 less 6) and Jim Scott (Minto) (78 less 8).

George Wither (Duddingston), who recently joined the senior ranks, claimed the top senior prize with a net 73 (75 less 5).

Trainee prize went to Louis Gaughan (Bathgate) with 74 scratch.

 Next week play moves to Marriott Dalmahoy where the Scottish Alliance Championship will be played over 54 holes and three days (October 15 to 17) and the draw for event will be issued later today.
The following week the Edinburgh and East Alliance continue their schedule of the new season when they head down to East Lothian to visit Royal Musselburgh.
