WIGTOWN AND BLADNOCH PLAYER WINS WITH AN EVENT TO SPARE

DAVID BRODIE CLINCHES VICTORY IN

SOUTH OF SCOTLAND ORDER OF MERIT
By CLARK RIDDICK
David Brodie (Wigtown and  Bladnoch) secured the South of Scotland Order of Merit with an event to spare after his third place finish in the Lennox Trophy at Lochmaben.
His excellent form throughout the season makes David a deserved winner of the title, he has gained points in every event he has played in.
The Order of Merit title secures his place in the South team for next year's Scottish Area Team Championship. Martin McNae (Lochmaben) moved up to second place with his win in the Lennox Trophy and continues his strong finish to the season.
