IN SPAIN - IS HE TURNING THE CORNER?

Is the tour pro career of former Walker Cup player Michael Stewart from Troon about to take off at last?
After a string of disappointing results, Stewart has shot a pair of 69s to be joint seventh on six-under-par 138 in the Alps de Andalucia tournament at Real Club de Guadalamina in southern Spain.
He is three shots behind the leader by one, Spaniard Borja Etchart
The three other Scots in the tournament missed the cut at 141.
James White (Lundin) shot a pair of 71s for 142. Edinburgh's John Gallacher totalled 144 with 73-71 and John Henry shot 72-73 for 145.
