Scottish Junior Golf Tour

Here are the results of the match between Merchiston Castle School and the Scottish Junior Golf Tour at Kings Acre on Saturday.

Thankfully the sun came out and the wind dropped after cold start.

A friendly match and a friendly result. A draw 4 – 4.

The matches were all close and the boys had a great day.

Merchiston boys named first

Morgen White bt Euan Gill 1 hole.

Angus Roberts lost to Matthew Dalrymple 2 and 1.
Andrew White lost to Graeme Greer 3 and 2.
Charlie Yuille bt Kieran McCallister 4 and 3.
Martin Munge bt Adam McKinstray 2 holes.

Kayau Siu bt Euan English 2 and 1.

Ronan Dowds lost to Craig Jackman 2 holes.

Rory Thain lost to Connor McKinney 2 holes.

  

This was a really great experience for all the boys and there will definitely be more events planned between Merchiston and the SJGT.

Thanks to Alan Murdoch, the Merchiston Coach, for organising and hosting the day at Kings Acre which as always was in super condition.
