McWILLIAM WINS NORTH SCOTTISH ALLIANCE WITH 70 AT NAIRN DUNBAR

Elgin's Neil McWilliam, in the first group of the tee, won Saturday's North Scottish Golfers' Alliance competition at Nairn Dunbar Golf Club with a two-under-par 70.

He birdied the first, seventh, ninth, 14th and 16th, offset by bogeys at the third, 11th and 18th.
It was an amateur 1-2-3 finish with Inverness members Bryan Fotheringham, twice a winner this season, and Ken Mackay, sharing second place on 71.
