ELLIOT SALTMAN CHASING £10,000 JACKPOT ON EUROPRO TOUR FINAL ROUND

Elliot Saltman ([pictured) is hanging on in there and has an outside chance of scooping the £10,000 first prize if he can produce an outstanding third and final round in the Motocaddy Masters, the first event of the PGA EuroPro Tour at Wensum Valley, Norfolk.
The Archerfield Links is in joint fourth place on 146 after rounds of 72 and 74 over the par-73 course.
He is four shots behind the leader, Billy Fowles (Wentworth) (72-70).
The only other Scots to make the cut at 153 and better were Paul McKechnie (Braid Hills) and Elliot Saltman's youngest brother Zack.
McKechnie improved from an 80 to a 69. He is joint 16th on 149.
Zack had 74-77 for 151.
Three Scots missed out by one shot - Paul Doherty (Vale Hotel) (74-80), John Gallagher (Duddingston) (75-79) and Neil Fenwick (Dunbar) (79-75), all on 154.
Others now on the sidelines are:
Ian Redford (83-73 for 156), Paul Shields (80-76 for 156), Jordan Findlay (75-86 for 161), Callum Trahan (88-74 for 162), Mark Rae (84-80 for 164) and Steven Mackie (86-80 for 166).
