Renfrewshire opened up their defence of the West of Scotland inter county league with an 8-2 win against Lanarkshire at Drumpellier.

New Eisenhower Trophy Scotland cap Matthew Clark of Kilmacolm halved the top match with Robert Jenkins of Crow Wood.
