CRAIG MATHESON WINS MIDLAND ALLIANCE WITH 69 at SCOTSCRAIG


Falkirk Tryst's PGA Cup player Craig Matheson had the best individual score of two-under-par 69 in windy conditions at Scotscraig Golf Club, Fife today for the Midland Alliance's pro-am competition, sponsored by Hi Tech Accoustic Services Ltd.
He won by one stroke from Downfield pro Kenny Hutton.
Edzell club pro Alistair Webster led his club team of Keith Bruce (3), Ron Brownhill (5) and Alistair Smith (7) to a five-shot victory in the team competition.
