PAUL LAWRIE PRESENTS AWARDS TO NE DISTRICT MERIT WINNERS

Portlethen Golf Club's Clark Brechin has set an area record by becoming the first man ever to win the North-east District men's Order of Merit three years in a row. Runner-up was Anthony Bews (Murcar Links).
Chris Lamb (Newmachar) won the North-east District boys' Order of Merit.
Both Clark and Chris received their awards from Paul Lawrie at tonight's North-east District Golf Association executive dinner at The Marcliffe Hotel, Pitfodels.
The Paul Lawrie Foundation sponsors North-east district men's and boys' team but the order of merit events are sponsored by Neil Selbie and Co.
