SCOTS BEATEN 18-12 BY SOUTH AFRICANS IN TEST MATCH

The Scottish Golf Union Elite Squad were beaten 18-12 by South Africa in the two-day golfing "Test Match" for the Leopard Trophy at Leopard Creek Country Club, South Africa.
The South Africans led 8 1/2-6 1/2 at the end of the first day and took the second-day honours by 9 1/2-5 1/2.
