Carly Booth 70, Julie Yang 71 in German Ladies Open
Two Scottish-based teenagers, rookie pro Carly Booth from Comrie and 14-year-old Loretto Golf Academy pupil Julie Yang, have made solid starts to this week's Ladies European Tour event, the German Ladies Open at Munich.
Carly returned a two-under-par 70 after birdieing three of the last four holes.
Welsh women's open amateur stroke-play champion Julie Yang covered the last 10 holes in three under par - seven pars and three birdies - to return a 71.
