PETERHEAD LINKS PLAYABLE FOR NE ALLIANCE Peterhead Golf Club's Craigewan Links course will be playable for a resumption of the North-east Alliance season tomorrow (Wednesday). The course re-opened today as the thaw removed the last of the snow from the greens and fairways. Competitors who have reserved starting times are asked to check in early with Alliance secretary Ron Menzies in the clubhouse as some players will start at the fourth tee. The last Alliance competition was at Portlethen on December 9.
