Paul Brookes wins Midlance Alliance at Alyth

Pitreavie professional Paul Brookes led the way with a three-under-par score of 67 in this week's Midland Golfers' Alliance competition at Alyth Golf Club.
Brookes had five birdies, three of them 2s.
Best net score of the day was a 65 by Ally Douglas (Caird Park), playing off 12.
Shot of the day came from Wellsgreen assistant Scott Spence who aced the 202yd 17th with a three-iron.
