TOP SEED WILLETT TOPPLED DOWN UNDER

Yorkshireman Daniel Willett, No 1 in the R&A World Amateur Rankings and winner of the Australian men's open amateur stroke-play championship earlier this week, lost in the second round of the Australian match-play championship at Royal Adelaide Golf Club today (Friday).
Walker Cup man Willett, also holder of the Spanish and English open amateur titles, went down by 2 and 1 to No 17 seeded Australian Danny Lee. Willett was the top seed.
Two Englishmen are through to the last eight - Neil Chaudhuri and Dale Whitnell who beat compatriot Chris Wood 3 and 2 in the second round.
